Get NASA’s recommended power nap duration of 26 minutes with this rhythmic entrainment audio.

The actual sleep target phase of 26 minutes begins at minute 30. The first 30 minutes serve as a ‘preliminary sleep phase’ to give you a chance to fall asleep. You can choose to shorten this duration as you wish. For example, if you only require 15 minutes to sleep, skip to minute 15; for a 10 minute sleep onset, skip to minute 20 etc.

An alarm will fade in towards to the end in order to wake you up after the ideal duration of sleep has been acquired.
